Information about payment, delivery & warranty

— For payment we accept: Visa, Mastercard.

— We work on advance payment with reservation of props and/or production occurring immediately after payment.

— Since we at the moment are small-scale production sometimes it takes 4 to 12 days to produce your order. During sales, Black Friday or a large number of orders. We process orders in the order they are received. At this point, production and delivery times increase.

— When the props are already in stock shipping may take up to two days.


— Before shipping we carefully pack and check the goods, however before opening we recommend you always check the packaging for damage and signs of opening.

— Worldwide delivery is approximately 10 - 45 days. After sending your parcel you will be given a personal tracking number so that you can track your parcel. Please note that mail is a third party with which we have no relation and we are not responsible for its possible actions. (for example delivery delay)

— Delivery time can be longer as the main place where the parcel can be delayed is in customs. Unfortunately we cannot influence the speed of customs. In 90 percent of cases delays do not occur.


— All customs duties and charges are paid by bayer. If the taxes in your country on purchases in foreign online stores are too large, we can adjust the cost of the props in the customs declaration.

— All LED prop come with a free 12 months warranty. Accessories and batteries have a 6 month warranty.


— Warranty does not cover mechanical damage arising from careless treatment or due to liquids inside the device. 

— In case of failure we will change the defective parts and make any relevant improvements to the design

— In case of breakage we do free repairs and make any relevant improvements to the design.


— During the production stage of the order, a refund is possible at any time.


— Once the package has been shipped and a tracking number has been received, no refunds will be issued. To get a refund, you must refuse to receive the parcel. And as soon as the package is returned we will issue a refund. In any case, contact us ( support@inspirate.pro) and we will help you.


— Refund after receiving the goods are only possible within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods.  In case the buyer wants to return the money for the goods. He shall at his own expense send the goods to the manufacturer as a complete package in which it came to him.  On arrival of the goods will be examined for mechanical damage, scratches, electrical, or other damage. And there will be a full functional test of all components and accessories. In case the item fully operational or there is no mechanical damage or malfunction was caused by the fault of the manufacturer. It is a full refund of the product cost. If the faulty was caused by the fault of the buyer. It is a free repair and the item is returned back to the buyer. Unpacking the package received when returning the money is recorded on video to eliminate the controversial points.  Only the cost of props is compensated. The cost of shipping is not included in the compensation
